Please completely fill out the form below to notify us of a change to a board position. Use the Comments box at the end of the form to provide further details of this change request.

If you have a large number of changes, you can email a spreadsheet to eda-adc@liberal.ca.

Spreadsheets must contain the following: Position, Name, Email, and Phone of each individual listed, and the name of the EDA, PTB, or Commission affected.

This update form is for internal use only. You are still obligated to report any changes to your executive board to Elections Canada’s Registration Unit within 30 days of the change. Please ensure that you file any updates with Elections Canada as soon as possible by completing and submitting form EC20380.

    'New' = Mark the person entered with the new role and any existing person in that role should be removed.
    'Resigned' = Remove the person entered and there is no replacement at this time.
