If you require assistance or would prefer to sign up via a paper form, you may request a form by calling 1-888-LIBERAL (1-888-542-3725). Please note that LPC will not accept bulk paper form registrations. An individual may request a single paper registration for their own registration form by calling the number above. Bulk Entry Tool – this allows an EDA or nomination contestant to enter multiple individuals at a time. On the first page of these links, the persons entering the information must declare themselves and will then receive an authorization code by email to enter on that page before being allowed to proceed. Afterwards they will be redirected to another page where they will be able to enter the information of multiple Registered Liberals up to a maximum of 50 entries per request. Please note that, although we do not require you to produce any paper forms or signatures, LPC reserves the right to verify that these individuals did communicate with the campaign and that they actually requested to be a Registered as a Liberal.
